Service Delivery and
Program Participation Terms
This page has been prepared to explain the service delivery terms for education, consultancy, academic preparation programs, online courses, seminars, summer/winter school guidance services, and similar services offered by Uçar Eğitim Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. / Unitedwords.
The services offered by Unitedwords are not based on the delivery of physical products. Therefore, no shipping, courier service, or physical product delivery is provided after payment. Information regarding the registered program or the service received is shared with the parent/student through digital communication channels.
1. Nature of the Service
The services offered by Unitedwords consist of education, consultancy, academic preparation, online courses, individual lessons, group lessons, seminars, summer/winter school guidance services, overseas education consultancy, and similar services. No physical products are shipped as part of these services.
Depending on the nature of the registered program, the service may be delivered in the following ways:

Sharing the link for an online lesson, seminar, or meeting,

Providing program start information via e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, or similar communication channels,

Initiating the student-specific consultancy, education, or academic preparation process,

Sharing the schedule, content, and participation details of the registered program,

Initiating the first meeting and planning steps related to the application, guidance, or consultancy process,

Sharing course materials, information documents, or program content digitally.
2. Service Start Date
After the payment process has been successfully completed, the Unitedwords team will contact the parent/student depending on the scope of the registered program or the service received.
The start date of the program, lesson, or consultancy service is stated in the relevant service description, registration form, agreement, e-mail correspondence, or in a separate information text shared with the parent/student.
Group lessons, seminars, and programs with pre-announced dates begin according to the announced schedule. For student-specific consultancy or individual education services, the start date is determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
3. Participation Information for Online Services
For online lessons, seminars, meetings, or consultancy sessions, the participation link and necessary technical information are shared with the parent/student via e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS, or similar communication channels.
The parent/student is responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Unitedwords cannot be held responsible for any access issues that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.
4. No Physical Delivery
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no physical products, books, printed materials, or shipments are provided as part of the education and consultancy services offered by Unitedwords.
Course materials, program content, information documents, or guidance notes may be shared digitally when necessary.
5. Scope of the Service
The scope of each service is specified in the relevant program description, proposal text, registration form, payment page, agreement, or written information shared with the parent/student.
Before making a payment, the parent/student is responsible for reviewing the scope, duration, fee, cancellation and refund terms, and any special conditions of the program to be registered for or the service to be received.
6. Program Schedule and Changes
Unitedwords reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, lesson times, instructor planning, or the method of service delivery when necessary.
In the event of such changes, the parent/student will be informed as soon as possible. In cases of mandatory changes, Unitedwords may offer an alternative date, a make-up lesson, or another solution deemed appropriate to ensure that the service is completed in the most suitable way possible.
